PowerSchool and SchoolEngage Support
SchoolEngage is the program used to complete and submit a registration form. A SchoolEngage account can include multiple students and registration forms.
- The account must be registered under the student’s parent or legal guardian’s name and email, unless the student is 18 or older or independent.
- Please do not set up a new account or add a student who already exists in the system.
- Contact us if you need to update an account, link a new account to a current student, or if you’re 18+ and want to move from a parent-managed account to your own.
PowerSchool is our live, secure student record system used by students, parents, guardians, teachers, partner schools and VVS staff.
Students and parents or guardians can:
- Check grades
- Determine student progress
- Communicate with teachers
To access the PowerSchool Parent Portal, your student must have an active enrollment. If your account is currently considered inactive, please login and register directly through SchoolEngage.
