PowerSchool and SchoolEngage Support

SchoolEngage is the program used to fill out a registration form. A SchoolEngage account must be created by the student’s parent or legal guardian unless the student is 18 years of age or older, or an independent student (ages 16-17 and does not live with a parent or legal guardian). A SchoolEngage account can have multiple students and registration forms. Please do not create a new SchoolEngage account if one was previously set up for a parent or student.

PowerSchool is our live, secure student record used by students, parents, guardians, teachers, partner schools and VVS staff. Students and parents or guardians can:

  • Check grades
  • Determine student progress
  • Communicate with teachers
