MyPass Information

myPass is an Alberta Education secure self-service website that allows high school students to:

  • Order high school transcripts.
  • Register to write or rewrite diploma exams.
  • View diploma examination marks.
  • Request diploma exam rescores.
  • View and print Detailed Academic Reports (DAR).
  • View progress towards a high school credential (diploma or certificate).
  • View or update student personal information.
  • Order additional copies of an awarded credential.
  • View and print letters of confirmation of name, age, and enrollment status.
  • Provide third-party (including parents and guardians) access to student’s myPass account.

Sign-up requirements:

  1. An Education Account (current students can contact their school and former students can contact Alberta Education Student Records)
  2. The student’s Alberta Student Number (ASN)
  3. The student’s date of birth
  4. A personal email address (do not use a school-assigned email address)
